Phase 1- Processing
Phase 2- Shipping
Phase 3- Delivery
Your order is first processed. Once processed and labeled, your order is shipped, then will be delivered within either of the time frames below.
Shipping:
Shipping costs vary. First Class Expedited and Next Day Shipping are NOT available during product launches.
- Our Complimentary shipping option delivers your order via UPS in 5- 10 business days.
- Our Standard shipping option delivers your order in 3-4 business days.
- Our First Class Expedited shipping option delivers your order in 1-2 business days.
- Our Next Day shipping option delivers your order via UPS in 1 business day.
- Our Local shipping option (Laurel, MD orders) delivers your order within 3-10 business days complimentary.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY FOR DELAY WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE SO ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED, INCLUDING FIRST CLASS ORDERS.
WE ADVISE THAT YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER(S) IN ADVANCE IF : The item/product is needed for a specific date, special event, in time for a holiday, etc.
- Once your order has shipped from our store and tracking information has been sent, if your package is lost or stolen in transit HAIR xo by KP is not liable.
- If this occurs, please contact the mail carrier listed on your tracking to file a lost/stolen package claim with that mail carrier.
- To avoid lost packages please provide an up to date and accurate shipping address.
